Food Headache Question
April 4th, 2008 at 07:36 amI managed not to eat my usual late night snack this evening which is great except it has left me with a terrible headache. I know it's because of not eating and not something else.
I have had this terrible snacking problem for a long time. I'm not really hungry, but I get a headache if I don't eat something. My question is if I suck it up and suffer through it the next week, will it go away?
I'd love to quit late night snacking, but not if I feel like this every night.
