Onion Bagel Chicken Sandwich

After the disaster oatmeal breakfast this morning, I decided to stay with something I know I like for lunch. I still had some leftover chicken from a couple of days ago and put that on an onion bagel with Swiss cheese and olive oil mayo. mmmmm, much better!



Another step in the right direction, but I'm starting to go through soda withdrawal. I usually have a couple a day and didn't have any yesterday and none so far today. Anyone else manage to kick the soda habit without too much withdrawal?

    I had panic attacks, so I had to cut out caffeine. That's how I stopped. I'm not sure that that helps you. Good luck. The sandwich looks great!!

    Not the best in money saving advice, but I drink Propel water when I am trying to limit my soda intake. I rarely drink soda anymore. Also, a good lemon water helps me, it's the darn headaches that get me.

    I switched from coca-cola to sprite, which is caffeine free.. sprite helped beat the caffeine addiction but its still sweet and fizzy, from there, I switched to water.

    Kinda like a nicotine patch for soda addicts.

    Can't help on that one. I can take sodas or leave them. What was hardest for me was making the switch from regular to diet when I do drink them. Mostly I drink water. As much as I can.
