Whole Foods Raisin Brand

I've been a lurker for awhile both here and in the forums and I've decided to try and kill two birds with one stone. I want to eat healthier (and lose some weight) plus save money, so I've decided to record everything I eat for the next week (baby steps) here with the hope that I can achieve two things:

1. Eat healthier
2. Reduce my food costs

I think that by taking photos of everything I eat and showing it to the world, I will think a bit more before putting things into my mouth. I'll need all the support I can get, but it's time to give it a try.

This morning I had Whole Foods Raisin Brand with 1% milk.



Does anyone else think this Raisin Brand is kinda sweet?

    Welcome to Saving Advice! It's a great place to accomplish goals...financial or otherwise. I lost over 24lbs last year and it does help to write down what you eat. I haven't tried that cereal! Good luck.
